Childbirth Mentoring and Postpartum Guidance
*personalized phone sessions and online support*
1-3 months of pregnancy support, with 6 weeks postpartum support
In this long distance childbirth mentoring program you will receive three 1hr prenatal consultations with me each month where together we will:
• explore your thoughts and feelings about pregnancy, birth and new parenthood.
• prepare and write your own wishes for the entire journey and review ways to better communicate with your midwife or OB.
• activate positive beliefs and feelings so these are what you attract.
• explore the holistic stages of labor and birth as a blueprint for walking easily and curiously, now, and into your labor and birth.
You will also receive weekly emails with the juiciest information out there on pregnancy, birth and postpartum including:
• my own personal compilations on holistic pregnancy and mothering
• tips on filling your labor bag with materials for comfort and nourishment
• inspiration sent to your home (by snail mail) to inspire your self-care practice
• creative self-care practices for your pregnancy and postpartum journey to enhance your well-being and that of your entire family
• tools and tips for releasing maternal anxiety
• meditations and self-hypnosis exercises
• instructions for using birth art to dive deeper into your wishes for your birth
PLUS, you have the opportunity to receive email support from me twice a week! (You may write to me throughout the week about your progress and I will always write you back). AND, when your baby is born, you receive four 20 minute phone sessions with me for emotional support, breastfeeding support, and self-care guidance.
