                My Pregnancy Basket includes a mix of epsom salts with select herbs/oils for soaking the feet or full body in the tub (lavender, chamomile, and orange), organic teas for uterine health and toning (red raspberry, nettles, red clover), coconut belly oil for preventing stretch marks,  and a body/foot massage oil (geranium/rose or chamomile, orange, and lavender).

                My Postpartum Basket includes a mix of epsom salts with select herbs/oils for soaking the feet (rose, lavender, rosewood, and geranium rose), organic teas for lactation support and postnatal nourishment (red rasp, nettles, goat's rue, fenugreek, blessed thistle), herbal breast compress mix for healing or preventing infection (comfrey, calendula, lavender), an herbal sitz bath mix for perineum healing (lavender, rosemary, elderflower, calendula, echinacea, comfrey, rose petals, sage, chamomile), homemade hemorrhoid suppositories (aloe/lavender), postpartum foot oil (rose otto, bergamot).  All organic and made with love.

                Take care of that yummy skin.  I make calendula, olive, and apricot oil blends for prevention of diaper rash, plus different blends of massage oil for the first month through the first year.
