This unique offering will take you where you from where you are, to where you need to go, and more. I'm with you every step of the way. You will absolutely feel an increase in well-being and confidence, and be able to teach your child the new skills your family desires to get the sleep you all need. We work together for an entire month, because I believe in sustainability and that when you take time on things, they last. Some things we work on yield quick results, and others take more time.

- An in-depth intake so I can meet you where you are in your sleep journey
- An individualized look at your goals
- One 60 minute initial consult with Erica to kick-off your one month intensive and create a plan for your family
- Eight 30 minute support calls in our month together (2x per week!) to arm you with as much support as possible!
- A complimentary extra week of support for check-ins and finishing touches, after our month together
- Regular communication on our shared sleep log, in order to: evaluate progress, provide insight and tips, suggest day-by-day adjustments, and navigate all situations as they arise.
- A personalized look at bedtime routine, bedtime coaching, night wakings, early rising, and nap coaching.
- Support in maintaining the nursing relationship and breast milk supply if applicable.
- A review of your child's temperament as it pertains to healthy sleep habits and sleep space review.

- An in-depth intake and individualized look at your goals.
- One 60min consult with Erica
- Three 30 minute follow up calls used within 3-4 weeks to check in on progress and adjust the plan if needed
- One brief email check-in in between calls.
- One 48-hr log check before the follow up call.
- A personalized look at bedtime routine, bedtime coaching, night wakings, early rising, and nap coaching.
