Come and gather in a relaxed environment and expect topics to be covered such as:

The realities of labor- setting up a support system for post birth- creating a minimal baby/new mom registry- breast and bottle feeding- the reality of bringing home a new person- self care now and throughout the first year- labor bag tips and MORE

B
ack to work insight -  growth spurts and development- routine: setting up, and getting comfortable with baby's changing needs - partner duties: roles, assisting one another, confidence as caretakers- sleep: establishing good habits for all involved- the baby blues - changing relationships and friendships- body and self image and MORE

Please let me know below how many months pregnant or how old your baby is!  Details and location to come.

"Erica's most welcome strength in her postpartum services is her focus on caring for the mother's physical and mental well-being, often overlooked, but much needed in today's baby-centric society. Erica supported me in repairing and strengthening my new self such that I could be at my best for my little one. She's an excellent guide for new moms."  Aimee, Upper Westside
