I found Erica when I didn't even think I needed sleep assistance. I felt aligned to her gentle sleep process and thought that maybe it was something we should try out with our 13-month-old. We'd been co-sleeping with him, having never co-slept with our oldest two, and lately, it was becoming disruptive. I very much loved being close to my son at night but knew that it was making transitions (in all aspects of our life) more difficult.
